Gabrielle Veldman, PT, DPT, takes pride in connecting with patients on a human level, understanding where they’re coming from and getting them back to what they love to do. Her goal as a physical therapist is to create a space where patients can grow and learn how to manage their symptoms. She specializes in total joint rehabilitation, knees and hips, as well as helping athletes return to sport and Forté’s Run Fit program.
