Jen Lebeau, DPT, believes part of the art of physical therapy is taking all she’s learned from school, her colleagues and her own experiences and applying it to each patient’s unique needs. She strives each day to get patients where they want to be. Jen specializes in the rehabilitation of the foot and ankle, knee and shoulder, as well as Forté’s Run Fit program. In her free time, Jen enjoys outdoor activities, such as water skiing, hiking, running and cycling, as well as cooking and hosting social gatherings with good friends.
