Physical Therapist

April Priest, MS, PT, was inspired to become a physical therapist after injuring her shoulder as a collegiate swimmer and embarking on her own rehabilitation journey at Forté, then known as Methodist Sports Medicine. She specializes in the rehabilitation of the upper extremities, knees, feet and ankles, as well as biomechanics and swimming-related injuries. April is also an adjunct professor of physical therapy and prides herself on making education an important part of every patient’s journey to full recovery.  In her free time, you’ll often find April lifting weights, biking, playing women’s tackle football and spending time with her dogs.
