Dr. Rick Weidenbener’s goal is to keep all patients active and physically fit through all stages of life. He has extensive experience treating athletic injuries in adolescents, high school and collegiate athletes, and adult recreational athletes.
While growing up in Evansville, Indiana, Dr. Weidenbener developed a love of sports and fitness training. He enjoys all outdoor activities, including golf, yard work, gardening, camping and alpine skiing. He especially enjoys high altitude hiking and trekking and has climbed four “Fourteeners” in Colorado and, in 2017, completed a trek to Mount Everest Base Camp in Nepal. Dr. Weidenbener and his wife Lisa raised five children and currently enjoy farm-living as empty nesters.
