Dr. Steven Gay focuses on sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries. This includes ultrasound-guided injections and procedures, injury prevention, concussion, relative energy deficiency in sport, non-operative orthopedics, orthobiologics and shockwave therapy. Dr. Gay’s approach to patient care is every patient deserves an individualized, evidence based, treatment plan that reflects their goals, lifestyle and activity level.
Dr. Gay graduated from Western University of Health Sciences COMP-Northwest (Oregon) as Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital (Pennsylvania). After residency, Dr. Gay completed a fellowship in sports medicine at University of Iowa.
Dr. Gay was led to become a physician to help others and his family. He enjoys seeing patients achieve their goals. When not in the clinic, Dr. Gay enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling, reading and staying active.
