Savannah King, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, specializes in foot and ankle injuries. She graduated with her MSN-FNP from Henderson State University, Arkadelphia, AR and is certified in FNP (AANP, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners). Savannah is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with patients through compassionate, individualized care. She enjoys working with patients to develop treatment plans that align with their goals, empower them to take an active role in their recovery, and help them get back to doing what they love. Savannah began her healthcare career as a Registered Nurse in the Surgical Trauma ICU before transitioning to the Operating Room. Those experiences provided a strong clinical foundation and inspired her to further her education to expand the care she provides to patients.
Outside of work, Savannah enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and dogs, and trying new things. Whether it’s exploring a new destination, trying a new restaurant, or learning a new skill, she is always looking for opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
