Founded in 1959, Carmel Dads’ Club is a preeminent youth sports club focusing on skill development, physical fitness, self-esteem and respect for sportsmanship, fair play and participant safety through recreation and travel leagues. Making sure athletes perform at the top of their game and remain safe while doing so is of utmost importance.
That’s where we come in. While any specialist at Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics is available to treat Carmel Dads’ Club athletes and family members, G. Peter Maiers, II, MD serves as the physician champion to the club and is also the Indianapolis Colts head team physician.
