Founded in 1959, Carmel Dads’ Club is a preeminent youth sports club focusing on skill development, physical fitness, self-esteem and respect for sportsmanship, fair play and participant safety through recreation and travel leagues. Making sure athletes perform at the top of their game and remain safe while doing so is of utmost importance.
That’s where we come in. For more than 20 years, our team has provided injury prevention consultations and walk-in orthopedic care to club athletes. “Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics continue to be a key source of support to Carmel Dads’ Club because they appreciate the role that youth sports plays in a young person’s development on and off the playing field, says Jack Beery, Carmel Dads’ Club president. “We encourage our member families to take full advantage of this valuable partnership to ensure their sons and daughters remain playing at the top of their game.”
While any specialist at Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics is available to treat Carmel Dads’ Club athletes and family members, G. Peter Maiers, II, MD serves as the physician champion to the club and is also the Indianapolis Colts head team physician.
