Physical Therapist

Trevor Claridge, DPT, CSCS developed an interest in physical therapy after a successful rehabilitation experience helped him return to full health after a car accident. He feels privileged to be able to develop a relationship with a patient from the acute phase all the way to their return to performance phase of rehab.

Trevor specializes in sports performance, strength and conditioning, injury prevention and movement screening, as well as helping athletes return to sport. He has a special interest in helping athletes who participate in any overhead sport.

In his free time, Trevor enjoys spending time with his wife and family, strength training, running, hunting, golfing and reading.
