Michael Stevenson

Physician Assistant

Michael Stevenson was inspired to become a physician assistant out of empathy for those who were forced to step back from a beloved sport or activity due to injury. He had the desire to learn how to prevent and treat injuries to promote injury avoidance or a quick return to that sport or activity. Today, Michael specializes in hip arthroscopy and sports knee. He enjoys the collegial camaraderie of his profession and having the opportunity to use knowledge, experience and available resources to help people get back to doing what they love. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys world travel; all things aviation, including flying; and sports, such as snow skiing, baseball, basketball, cycling (road and MTB), tennis and surfing.
