Dr. Jonathan Smerek serves as president of Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics and specializes in foot and ankle reconstruction. While in college at the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Jonathan Smerek was an engineering major who loved sports and served as the captain of the track and field team. Years later, he still enjoys these dual interests and feels fortunate that he’s able to serve in a specialty that reinforces his passion for helping others remain active and pain-free. Dr. Smerek helps ensure patients receive the best quality of care. Dr. Smerek serves as a team physician for Guerin Catholic High School. He is happily married and the father of two children.
