I am an active person in my 70’s. The Forte Sports Team has been Fantastic in quickly diagnosing and treating my ailments! For example, in the last several years I have received five cortisone injections on completely different parts of my body-all of which have worked Perfectly, allowing me to resume my physical activities ASAP without any more pain. I have met with eight different Doctors over the many years and All of Them Have Been Outstanding!! The entire staff is also Amazing. In fact, Forte is the best medical group I have ever visited and I have gone to many other Doctors (and lived in several other States outside IN).
I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the surgery thus far, everyone I met over the 4 months has been outstanding. Both Dr Snead and Thomas were awesome and the physical therapy staff was outstanding as well.

Dr Snead is the best surgeon. He has completed a couple of surgeries for my trigger finger as well as a ulner vein that needed to be moved. He has amazing. He listens and he cares for his patients. He is the only person that I trust.

Dr. Snead and his staff did an amazing job of assessing my shoulder injuries and providing in depth information on my care options. They took great care of me in both the operating room and during recovery. Most importantly, they allowed me to get back on the field and achieve my goals.
