Physical Therapist

Debbie Carroll, PT, started with Forté as a student and then as a staff physical therapist at our Carmel rehabilitation clinic. She takes pride in providing a collaborative experience in which her patients are involved in every step of their treatment plans. Debbie specializes in the rehabilitation of the foot and ankle, as well as custom orthotics. Outside the clinic, Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. You’ll often find her keeping active by hiking, working out and driving her “mom taxi.
