Sam Culver

Physician Assistant

Sam Culver is a Physician Assistant with a focus in sports medicine, primarily treating knees and shoulders. He also has experience in orthopedic trauma, fracture care. Sam provides individualized, patient-driven care in his approach to treating patients. He strives to meet people where they are by providing them with information and options. From there, the best treatment or intervention options based upon each individual patient are determined. Sam was led to pursue a career as a PA after sustaining his fair share of injuries and therefore having exposure to orthopedics. He knew that he wanted to help people and found being a part of the OR and surgery with a hands-on approach was exciting. He enjoys being able to see patients on the other side of their injuries/recovery, to help get them through what has been holding them back from enjoying life.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys anything outdoors such as hunting, archery and hiking, as well as woodworking and building things. He is married with two children, and he enjoys traveling with his family and visiting and spending time with extended family all over Indiana.
