He believes a well-balanced approach towards surgical decision making, recognizing that each patient is unique in many ways, including phase of life, activity level, and physical health. He utilizes a shared-decision making approach toward determining the right method of patient care or surgery for the right pathology at the right time. Dr. Momper takes a multidisciplinary approach to all spinal pathology and prefers to work alongside the patient’s primary care providers, physical therapy teams, chiropractors, pain management physicians and other specialty providers to ensure short-term and long-term patient success.

Dr. Momper completed his undergraduate studies at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
