Sarah Keehn, Family Nurse Practitioner, specializes in knee and shoulder injuries. She graduated from Goshen College with her MSN-FNP. She is certified in Family Medicine by the American Nurse’s Credentialing Center (ANCC), and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse in post anesthesia and cardiac care for twelve years.
Sarah grew up playing sports and through her own injuries she became interested in sport medicine. She is passionate about providing quality individualized care to help patients recover from their injuries and return them to their optimal performance level.
Outside of work she enjoys attending sporting events, being outdoors and spending time with her three sons, family and friends.
