Ryan Smith, OT, specializes in hand and upper extremity therapy. His approach to patient care is based in a holistic, patient-centered focus. This entails seeing all aspects of their life, their environment, what is either supporting and/or limiting them, and their mental/emotional well-being. Ryan was led to pursue a path in Occupational Therapy to help people get back to their lives without any dysfunction thereby allowing them to engage in what is important to them. He enjoys helping patients regain their function to sports or activities and the connections he makes with both patients and coworkers.
In his time outside of work, Ryan enjoys being outdoors, reading, watching movies and bouldering (rock climbing).
