Cecelia Kay, PT, believes the best outcomes come from a collaborative approach to patient care. She works closely with her patients, fellow therapists and referring providers to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each person's goals. Whether it's returning to sport, work, or everyday activities, Cecelia strives to create a motivating, patient-centered environment that helps patients build confidence and achieve lasting results. She was led to pursue a career as a physical therapist after she experienced the positive impact of rehab firsthand while recovering from an ankle sprain in high school cheerleading. The encouragement, support and personalized care she received throughout the process showed her the powerful role physical therapy can play in helping people return to the activities they love. Cecelia enjoys the endless opportunities to learn with physical therapy, finding new ways to improve patient care while building meaningful relationships with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. She feels there is nothing more rewarding than seeing patients achieve the goals that brought them to therapy and return to the activities they love.
In her free time, Cecelia loves to run, cook, walk her dog Ruby, waterski, wake surf, play pickleball, and spend lots of time with family and friends.
