Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics is proud to have served as official team physicians to the Indianapolis Colts since 1984. Our team of highly trained sports medicine specialists provide care during games and throughout the week. Our team-oriented integrated approach to medical care is extended to all our collegiate, high school, club, troupe and tactical relationships. 

Our fellowship-trained orthopedic physicians care for athletes from area colleges, universities and high schools where our focus expands to injury prevention, concussion care, and personalized rehabilitation. Many of these include partnerships with professionals from Franciscan Health.
