Ben Carter, PT, SCS (sports clinical specialist) specializes in overhead athletes, ligamentous knee injuries and return to performance. His approach to patient care uses objective data to develop a plan of care. Ben utilizes measures to better inform what areas need improvement to create meaningful change to let patients get back to the activities that are important to them.
He was led to pursue a career in physical therapy after sustaining an injury playing high school football. Ben most enjoys helping patients through a challenging time in their lives and seeing them return to the parts of their lives they have been missing. He has worked with athletes from high school to professionals, including spending time with the White Sox.
I
n his time away from the office, Ben enjoys golfing, weightlifting and running as well as playing tennis or hiking with his wife Sarah. He is a fan of Chicago sports…especially the Bears!
