Sarah Kersey, PTA, always knew she wanted a career helping people. That dream began to take shape during her sixth-grade year. Her father suffered a stroke, and his rehabilitation journey inspired Sarah to pursue physical therapy. As a physical therapy assistant, Sarah specializes in the rehabilitation of the foot and ankle, hip, knee, and shoulder, as well as helping athletes return to sport. She is trained in the Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) technique.
Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys baking, traveling, and outdoor sports and activities, such as running and playing tennis. She also loves spending time with family and friends.
Peggy Craig was inspired to become a physical therapist as a teenager after reading the story of Jill Kinmont Boothe, a national ski champion who was paralyzed in a ski accident, and her rehabilitation journey. Her main area of focus is the knee, both post-operative and non-operative, though she also specializes in total joints, ankles and rotator cuff repairs. He places high importance on educating his patients to make sure they understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. Nate specializes in the rehabilitation of the hip and knee as well as Bike Fit, a program allowing physical therapists to combine training in positioning with their expertise in anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to get patients back on their bikes. When he’s not working, Nate enjoys cycling, camping and spending time with his wife and three children.
Monica Schrader’s treatment philosophy is that a patient is more complex than just one joint. As a physical therapist, she takes time to learn about her patients and their goals so that they can work together to meet them.
When she’s not working, Monica enjoys outdoor activities – such as hiking, horseback riding and snorkeling – and family gatherings.
Melissa Schnepp, ATC, LAT, PTA, has a rehabilitation philosophy that includes treating a whole patient, not just an injury. She takes pride in listening and developing a relationship with her patients so that they know she is there to help them achieve their goals. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Melissa spending time with her husband and two kids, as well as volunteering with her church’s high school youth ministry (shout out 2nd fam!). When she’s not working, Laurie enjoys spending time outdoors on the lake, going to concerts and attending her kids’ sporting events.
Kyle Findley, MPT, likes to tell patients that he works for them. Kyle believes his job is to facilitate what his patients want out of the rehabilitation process, including making their priorities the focus of the overall treatment plan. Since 2001, he has specialized in the post-operative rehabilitation of shoulders and knees, as well as total joint replacements. In his free time, Kyle enjoys working out, spending time outdoors at his small hobby farm, and spending time with his wife and kids.

When she’s not at the clinic, Katie enjoys quality time with her husband and two young boys. You’ll often find them spending time outdoors or getting crafty with projects.
