Monica Schrader’s treatment philosophy is that a patient is more complex than just one joint. As a physical therapist, she takes time to learn about her patients and their goals so that they can work together to meet them.

When she’s not working, Monica enjoys outdoor activities – such as hiking, horseback riding and snorkeling – and family gatherings.

I aim to listen with intent and execute a thorough exam and rehab plan to get my patients back to their activities. My goal is to educate each patient on their diagnosis or surgery so that they are well-informed and actively engaged in their recovery.
