Peter Sallay

Orthopedic Shoulder Specialist

Dr. Peter Sallay believes his job is to guide his patients through the healing process in the safest and most efficient way possible. A surgeon for over 25 years, Dr. Sallay specializes in many areas.

Dr. Sallay was one of the early pioneers performing repairs and reconstructions of severe upper hamstring tendon injuries. An avid tennis fan and recreational player, he was the ATP orthopedic consultant for the Indy Tennis Championships (formerly RCA Championships) from 1999 until the tournament moved to Atlanta after the 2009 event.

Dr. Sallay and his wife Lauren are the proud parents of four children. The son of Hungarian immigrant parents, he is fluent in Hungarian, and along with playing tennis, he enjoys weight training, woodworking, cooking, coffee roasting, wine, art and computer software.
