Katlyn Smith, PA-C, has had a lifelong driving fascination for learning and solving problems. She is inspired by the sense of accomplishment when her effort changes and improves patients’ quality of life. Katlyn believes inside every PA is a human being, driven by evidence-based practice and a passion to serve. She empowers her patients, with collaboration and communication at the heart of the partnership, to make the best decisions for their health when provided the most comprehensive information.
As a former college basketball player, Katlyn has a passion for the field of orthopedics and appreciates the impact of an active lifestyle. She not only finds fulfillment in enhancing her patients’ quality of life through joint replacement, but also the hands-on work in the OR.
Outside of work, Katlyn is married to Jake and has a daughter, Madeleine. They enjoy bike rides, cheering on the Indiana Pacers and competitive game nights.
