Marty Rosenberg

With his extensive experience in management, finance and technology, Chief Executive Officer Marty Rosenberg plays a key role in providing Forté’s patients with better outcomes and a better patient experience. A leader whose vision creates a culture of caring and innovation, Mr. Rosenberg has more than 25 years of experience in health care and has been involved in the day-to-day operations of a number of key orthopedic practices. In his time with Forté, Mr. Rosenberg has overseen the hiring of physicians and staff, the opening of several new clinics, the development of a first-of-its-kind orthopedic specialty hospital and a rebranding of the practice – significant projects that continue the legacy Forté has built in Central Indiana and beyond. He says the ultimate goal of the team at Forté is to deliver excellent care through continuous improvement efforts, of which they strive daily to achieve. Mr. Rosenberg serves as a board member for the Great American Songbook Foundation and the OneZone Chamber. When he’s not working, Mr. Rosenberg is a true adventurer who enjoys spending time scuba diving, climbing some of the world’s tallest peaks and other adventure sports.
