Trevor Jacob, PT, DPT, discovered his passion for physical therapy while healing and rehabilitating injuries he suffered in high school sports. Through his course of treatment, he gained respect and admiration for those in the profession, and today, he’s committed to doing what others did for him – helping patients regain strength and mobility, live pain-free and get back to doing what they love. Trevor earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Indianapolis. A southside native, he and his fiancée are now happily putting down roots in Carmel. When he’s not at the clinic, Trevor enjoys golfing with friends, watching sports and spending time with his fiancée.
